Welcome to our Office Space Project Showcase, where we take pride in delivering innovative AV solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration in the workplace. In this project, we installed a comprehensive AV system tailored to the specific needs of each space within the office.

Small Meeting Rooms: We transformed three small meeting rooms into collaborative hubs by installing 5x 55″ TV screens. These screens are strategically placed in each room, enhancing presentations and discussions. Additionally, a 55″ TV screen was integrated into the kitchen area, allowing for informative and engaging sessions during breaks. In the open work space, we installed another 55″ TV screen to facilitate communication and idea sharing.

Boardroom: For the boardroom, we created an impressive setup with 2x 75″ dual screens, providing a dynamic visual experience during meetings and presentations. To ensure seamless video conferencing, we installed a full QSC video conferencing solution, combining high-quality audio and video capabilities for clear communication.

Smaller Video Conferencing Room: In the smaller video conferencing room, we equipped the space with 2x 65″ screens complemented by a QSC camera, Shure microphone, and QSC speakers. This setup enables flawless video conferences with exceptional audio and video quality.

Main Large Open Space: The main large open space was transformed into a versatile area with a remarkable 3X3 video wall. This video wall showcases clients’ work and presentations, adding a touch of professionalism to the office. To facilitate video conferencing in this space, we integrated speakers and microphones for enhanced communication during virtual meetings.

Seamless Control with Q-Sys: To ensure easy and intuitive control of the entire AV system, each space was equipped with a touch screen integrated with the Q-Sys control system. This user-friendly interface allows for effortless management of audio, video, and conferencing features throughout the office.
