What the client wanted:
- Modernised audio-visual systems for boardrooms, meeting rooms, open conference space, and bar area
- Wireless presentation capabilities in meeting rooms
- A large projector and screen for presentations in the open conference space (with connection to the kitchen)
- In-ceiling speakers throughout the space for clear audio
- Wireless microphones for hosting events in the bar area
- A user-friendly touchscreen room booking system accessible from multiple locations
- Integration with the company’s email calendar system
What we delivered:
- Boardrooms equipped with free-standing whiteboards, QSC cameras, in-ceiling speakers, line array microphones, and touchscreen controls.
- Installed 65″ screens with wireless presentation capabilities in each of the five meeting rooms.
- Set up a large open conference space with a 150″ drop-down projector, in-ceiling speakers, and touchscreen control. This space can connect to the kitchen for larger events.
- Designed a bar area with in-ceiling speakers and wireless microphones for hosting events, controlled by a touchscreen.
- Installed a comprehensive room booking system with nine individual touchscreens and a central 42″ touchscreen for booking any room from one location. This system integrates with the company’s email calendar for seamless scheduling.
- Utilised 2x 2-channel QSC amplifiers and a Q-Sys 101 controller to manage the entire audio-visual system.
