Safe N Sound worked with the IT Manager and Nationwide IT Team to design, specify and install corporate video conferencing and audio visual systems across their New Zealand offices, including the head office in Auckland CBD. The systems allow for customisable, multi-use spaces to work with a large, dynamic and far spread team environments. Meeting rooms can be used for face-to-face meetings and work spaces, or full interactive video conferencing suites, while a multi-zone zone lounge, library and lunchroom with a sliding wall to open the space into one large event space.
Versatility and the latest technology was key. With hundreds of staff nationwide, the system also needed to be intuitive and easy to use for all sorts of uses and technology inputs. The use of Q-SYS allows our technicians and the IT department to monitor, control, change or update the systems and it’s multiple zones from onsite or away via remote log in, or fixed touchscreens zone-by-zone onsite.
